I booked a luxurious room. I enjoyed the an indoor swimming pool. Incredible base for a city trip in Murnau am Staffelsee! There's can’ t complain about anything, I would like to stay there on the next trip.

Our group of friends had a fantastic stay at a hotel with stunning mountain views and fantastic onsite facilities. We enjoyed delicious meals in the evening at the hotel's restaurant, with plenty of seating and attentive staff. the break, out area was a great space to relax and have a drink, with comfortable furniture and a cozy atmosphere. the rooms were spacious and well, appointed with modern bathrooms, and the breakfast was exceptional with a great selection.

There were minor glitches with the service during dinner, such as cutlery mix, ups and delays in serving the food.

Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities Galore We had an amazing time at this hotel and every moment was filled with luxurious amenities that made us feel pampered and special. the Spa and wellness centre was simply amazing, with a wide range of treatment rooms and services available to meet our every need. the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were excellent for relaxation, and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing. the Spa lounge was equally relaxing and the therapists were very professional and attentive to our needs. the massage and beauty treatments were top-notch and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the feeling of luxury.

Minimal Negative Experience the only downside was that the mani-pedi we booked was a little rushed, and we felt that the staff member was not as experienced as the therapists in the spa. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall experience.

Stunning mountain views and exceptional breakfast. the staff is friendly and reliable. the grounds and facilities are perfectly maintained, with spotlessly clean pools and sauna.

The wine list is overpriced, and hot drinks were never really hot. that, everything was perfect!

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest town and the parking was free. The indoor pool was heated and perfect for a wintery Christmas holiday. The beds were also quite comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was quite average with limited options. The hotel was not in a central location so getting to tourist spots required substantial driving time.
